Camelot
The real game already started and everything was on fire including the castle of Camelot which was covered with blood and screams after King Lot made its dangerous attacked last week. What happened on the second episode of the series was actually unexpected and bit different than what we have used to know on Arthur’s legend. Thought Arthur story was just folklore and literary invention of mind however he has been a part of our ancient history than even kids on their young ages enjoy reading his story of voyages as well as the magical Merlin. For those who haven’t know, the legendary Arthur developed as a figure of international interest largely through the popularity of Geoffrey of Monmouth’s fanciful and imaginative 12th-century Historia Regum Britanniae (History of the Kings of Britain).
But the mare fact is he actually plays a prime role on our history as well as on our televisions and big screens. We have seen different kinds of movies about his exciting battles and how he became king, and after with the movies, television series becomes in demand also and as of now, Camelot television series is trying to establish their very own legendary Arthur. On it is a king in pieces and in the process of finding himself from his new nature. With his side is the magical Merlin who gives him courage to pursue on what they are fighting for and will protect him till the end. Of course some of the characters of the series had their own interesting characters also, just like how Morgan plays her card wisely, how King Lot mastered his angered and never hesitated to kill someone just for the sake of his own good.
And after giving us with some victorious success and dramatic loss last week, Camelot season 1 episode 3 is here to bribe our Saturday night (April 8, 2011). This is the forthcoming episode of the series entitled as “Guinevere”. Ok, though I’m not sure of what to anticipate on this episode however, I wanted to know the details about Guinevere and her role on Arthur’s life. Well, it seems the new king had his eyes on Guinevere but the problem is Guinevere already belongs to someone else. Now, Arthur will fight not just for the sake of his kingdom and people but will fight his own feelings towards Guinevere also.
